Their welcome email arrives on the morning their journey begins — the Monday you chose — so the surprise stays yours. From there it’s three emails a week for twelve weeks, with the notebook, the permission cards and the playlist arriving alongside that first email.
You’ll get a confirmation email as well, with a printable certificate — write their name and the start date on it, to give them in the meantime.
