Made with attention

Martine, who writes the a365gift journeys.

Hi. I’m Martine, and I’m glad you’re here.

Why I started this

I have always believed that attention matters. A small gesture, a moment of care, a simple I’m thinking of you — it can lift a day, soften a hard hour, help someone feel seen.

That belief stayed with me for years. Eventually it grew into something I could no longer keep to myself. I wanted to make it easy to give someone warmth and connection at the moments that ask the most of us — and that is where a365gift began.

What I make

Twelve weeks of email, three a week, written for one kind of moment and delivered from the date you choose. Not advice, and not a course to complete. Something that keeps showing up long after the flowers have gone and everyone else has moved on.

The weeks after a loss, a diagnosis, or a birth are long. Company matters most in the middle of them, and that is exactly when it usually stops.

What I believe

That every moment worth living through is worth remembering. That grief and joy both deserve to be given time instead of hurried past. And that the smallest act of attention, repeated, does more than one grand gesture ever could.

There is one person behind a365gift. I write every journey, I answer every message, and nothing here is generated on your behalf. That is deliberate, and it is not going to change as this grows.

Where this is going

a365gift is young. It began with the loss of a pet, because that is a grief the world is quick to call small and slow to make room for. More moments are on the way, written the same way and held to the same standard.

If a journey helps you, or if it misses, write to me. I read all of it, and it shapes what comes next.

Warmly,
Martine
