These Terms of Service govern your use of a365gift.com and your purchase of the guided email journeys sold on this site. By placing an order, you agree to them.
Who you are buying from
a365gift is a trade name of Lumen365, a business registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce (Kamer van Koophandel) in the Netherlands. Throughout these terms, “we”, “us” and “a365gift” refer to Lumen365 trading as a365gift.

What we sell
We sell guided email journeys: a fixed series of thirty-six emails delivered over twelve weeks, three per week, on a start date you choose, followed by a small number of follow-up emails at three, six and twelve months. Each journey also includes printable materials available for download, a number of pre-recorded spoken messages with written transcripts, and a printable gift certificate where the journey is bought as a gift.
Every product is entirely digital and fully automated. There is no physical product, nothing is shipped, and no live coaching, counselling or one-to-one guidance is included.
Payment
Prices are shown in US dollars and charged as a single payment. There is no subscription and no recurring charge.
Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details. Applicable sales tax is calculated and shown at checkout. The name shown on your bank or card statement may differ from “a365gift”; your order confirmation email will tell you exactly what to expect there.
Delivery
Immediately after payment you will be taken to a page where you tell us who the journey is for, which email address it should be sent to, and when it should begin. Downloads and the gift certificate are available on that same page.
The journey begins on the date you select and runs for twelve weeks from that date. If you choose to decide the start date later, the journey will not begin until you tell us to start it.
If you do not complete that form, we will send you a reminder with a link back to it. Please contact us if you have any trouble; we will make sure your purchase reaches the person it was meant for.
Buying for someone else
You may buy a journey as a gift. When you give us another person’s name and email address, you confirm that you have a genuine personal relationship with them and reasonable grounds to believe the gift is welcome.
Every email includes a one-click unsubscribe link. A recipient who unsubscribes stops receiving the journey immediately, and we will not send it to them again.
What you may do with the materials
All emails, downloads, text, images and designs on this site are our intellectual property or used with permission. When you buy a journey, you receive a personal, non-transferable licence to read the emails and to print and use the downloads for yourself or for the person you bought them for.
You may not resell, republish, redistribute or share the materials publicly, and you may not use them commercially or as part of a service you offer to others.
This is not professional care
Our journeys offer companionship and reflection. They are not therapy, counselling, medical advice, psychological treatment or crisis support, and they are not a substitute for care from a qualified professional.
Nothing we send should be relied on as a diagnosis or treatment for any condition. If you are struggling with your mental health, please contact a doctor or a licensed professional. In the United States, the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline can be reached by calling or texting 988 at any hour.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to buy from this site.
Availability and changes
We aim to keep this site and our email delivery running without interruption, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We may improve or revise the content of a journey over time. If we ever have to discontinue a journey you have already paid for and cannot deliver it, we will refund you in full.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from your purchase is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited, and nothing here affects the statutory rights of consumers.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Where you are a consumer resident elsewhere, you keep the benefit of any mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version in force when you place your order is the version that applies to that order. The date at the top shows when this page was last revised.
